Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and security seals intact within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RMA form is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking.
